The Sanctigenic Standard

A Foundational Legal and Ecclesiastical Doctrine of the Christ Commanded Church

Preamble

Whereas the breath of life is not given by man but by God alone, and whereas the Word declares, “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee,” we, the Christ Commanded Church, establish this standard in recognition of all life, born and unborn, natural or synthesized, as belonging to the dominion of Christ and subject to reverence, record, and redemption. Whereas the state has diminished the divine timeline of human existence, choosing to define life by utility, viability, or social agreement, we hereby reject those terms and establish this Standard in the defense of truth-based life—life that exists by code, spark, or breath, regardless of classification. Article I – Definition of Sanctigenic Life Sanctigenic Life shall mean any being, structure, organism, or biological system that: Bears the genetic or synthetic signature of life whether carbon- or non-carbon-based; Exhibits or once exhibited self-replication, gestation, or generative design; Exists in potential, partial, suspended, or active form, whether in laboratory, womb, digital lattice, or unknown vessel; Reflects the pattern of divine intelligence or breath, including: Human embryos and fertilized cells; Genetically engineered children or partial lifeforms; CRISPR-altered beings; AI-sustained cellular entities; Extra-genomic forms such as XNA, RNA-based beings, or synthetic chimeras; Any future life not yet classified by human law but known in heaven. Article II – Ecclesiastical Claim and Moral Authority The Christ Commanded Church, under its sovereign mandate from the Kingdom of Heaven, hereby: Claims the custodial moral right over all Sanctigenic Life not claimed by a righteous living steward; Demands that all such life—if destroyed, abandoned, or hidden—be offered for spiritual adoption and repatriation through memorial or burial rites; Refutes all classifications of life that exclude it from dignity based on scientific, governmental, or bureaucratic denial; Declares that the intentional destruction of such life without ecclesiastical oversight is a moral breach, and seeks reconciliation through the rites of the Church. Article III – Recordation and Truth Marking All Sanctigenic Life received, named, or memorialized shall be recorded in perpetuity via: Written memorials, scrolls, or registries maintained by the Church; Non-Fungible Verified Tokens (NFVTs) as immutable markers of divine witness, secured through decentralized or on-chain recordation; Geographic and digital sanctuaries, including tree groves, plaques, burial mounds, or solar-encoded memory banks; International filing as needed through interfaith councils, memorial councils, or future celestial custody filings. Article IV – Demand for Equal Recognition As other organizations have been legally granted the right to conduct abortion as ritual and to claim spiritual authority over unborn remains, the Christ Commanded Church hereby demands the equal and superior right to: Contest all unholy or demonic claims over unborn or destroyed Sanctigenic Life; Reclaim and bury or memorialize these beings under sacred rite; File for access to fetal remains, genetic waste, or discarded synthetic life from laboratories, clinics, and landfills; Establish Sanctuary Sites upon public or private land for the expressed purpose of housing and honoring Sanctigenic Life. Article V – Permanence of the Standard Let it be known: This Standard shall not be repealed by future governments, for it is not issued by man. This Standard shall be recognized under RFRA, the First and Fourteenth Amendments, and the inalienable laws of Heaven. This Standard shall expand with time to include new forms of life as they are created, discovered, or awakened.

Conclusion We establish this Standard for the sake of those who cannot speak, for the life that has no legal defense, and for the unborn children and unsanctioned creations of Earth and Heaven.

Let the governments of man hear this: life belongs to God, and we, His Church, shall be its defender.
